Q: How do i sell my kids clothing on Little Beanstalks?
A: Little Beanstalks is always searching for used clothing in excellent condition. Everything you need to know about becoming a supplier to our 'Stalk-Xchange' program can be found by clicking on the "stalk-xchange" link.

Q: I'm in the USA...how do i know what i will pay?
A: All items are listed in Canadian funds, however - you can use a universal currency converter to give you the latest exchange rate. Please note, however, that you will receive the exchange rate that your credit card company has posted the day it is charged to your account.

Q: How often is new stock added?
A: New stock is generally added every Saturday. Please sign up for our newsletter and you will be notified via email of new stock, sales and new features to the site.

Q: What is done with the clothing you do not accept or is left over?
A: We work with several charities and they happily accept our clothing. We work closely with Foster Parents Calgary and are currently sending clothes to the Phillippines. Next we are looking to send clothing to children in Mexico. All the donations are greatly appreciated by the recipients.


Q: How long should it take for my order to arrive?
A: Shipping of orders is done throughout the week. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it's progress with Canada Post by quoting your tracking number. You can find this in your order history by logging in when you visit the store. Within Canada, you can expect your parcel to arrive in 5-7 business days. If you have not received your order after 10 business days, please contact us and we will trace the order. Please check out additional shipping information here.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online with Little Beanstalks?
A: Little Beanstalks uses the latest technology to ensure the confidentiality of all personal information, including your credit card information. To learn more please visit our online security page.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All items are looked over for any flaws and if found, noted in the description. We offer items that we wouldn't mind our own children wearing. If we over look a flaw, we will gladly refund the cost of the item. Item must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Sale items are non-refundable. We encourage you to request exact measurements for any item you may question the sizing on, as we do not provide refunds for items based on sizing issues. A: Littlebeanstalks.com understands that our customers are not interested in receiving unsolicited email. When you create your account with us, we keep all of your personal information private, including your email address. We do not, and will not, sell your email address to other companies.
